When will my parcel be delivered?

Your parcel will be dispatched within 3 to 5 days of order confirmation, after which the delivery estimate for people from far north and northeast states like meghalaya, kashmir etc. is 1 week for speed ship(India Post) and 2 to 3 weeks for normal ship(India Post). Express ship parcels are prioritized during dispatch and uses services from Shiprocket. Other states from central and south sides would get their parcels much earlier comparatively.

What if I receive my product damaged/defective?

Orders with one or more damaged products are replaced or refunded depending upon the availability of product and customer's desire. An Unboxing Video with no cuts or edits is mandatory for any return related issue.

Will I get freebies?

Yes, all orders get custom bookmark or visiting cards, candies or toffees and stickers as freebies. Larger orders and Loyal customers get additional freebies like keychains or small plushies and cake :)

How does the Loyalty points (Bounty points or berries) work?

DGY Novelties has introduced Loyalty Points that customers get for every order placed. These points can be used on the next order that customers places with us. For example, if I placed an order worth 500₹, I would get 500 berries in my account which is automatically created while using the website. These 500 berries would give me a ₹50 discount on the next order. Basically, I'm getting a 10% discount on the next order. You can also get extra bounty points by logging in with us, following us, and letting us know when your birthday date is :)

Why is your Shipping rates high for Express Delivery?

Express Shipping is done through Shiprocket which expedites the shipping and also is accessible to almost all Pincodes across India. These orders are prioritized and dispatched early. Additionally, balance amount from the shipping will be refunded back to the customer, if any.

If I create an account with DGY, what personal information is accessible?

Accepted Answer

No personal information will be accessible except for the email address. We will only have your email address through which we can share offers and promotion.

What if there is no design selection option for some items?

Accepted Answer

Due to the large number of designs available, some products are not provided with the variation selection option. For such instances, we ask the customers through their Whatsapp as to which design they would like and if the design is unavailable, customers have the freedom of choice to select any other alternatives or get a refund for the item, whichever the customer is comfortable with :) We won't send you anything without your confirmation.
