1)Please make sure to check the tracking(barcode number in pic) on the link given below from time to time. If no update after 3-4 business days, please let us know and we'll help you with the tracking. The tracking will be live by tonight or tomorrow. India post has a 15 day tracking policy. Being in touch with someone from Post office near you will help you greatly.

2)PLEASE MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO of the parcel for our review and confirmation. This is to make sure that there is no damage on the products. Please make sure the products are clearly visible during the unboxing and the damage, if any, is visible as well.

NOTE - For refund/replacements, it is mandatory to share an unboxing video with no cuts/edits, refund/replacements will not be issued without a proper video, no matter how long the video is, please share 🙏
